Preventative Care

Well visits for children and adults

In Office Testing

including urinalysis, strep and flu tests, electrocardiograms (EKG’s)

Women's Health *

Routine pap smear with reflex testing to check for HPV if abnormal

Routine Labs **

Performed up to twice yearly at physician’s discretion at local lab draw center

Screening Labs ***

Performed once yearly at physician’s discretion at local lab draw center

Additional Labs

Not included in the routine or screening labs can be ordered at a significant discount

Minor Surgeries

Tick removal, skin tag, small lesion and mole removal***

*Pap smears with reflex High Risk HPV and ASCUS are $33.00. If pap is abnormal, additional fees will apply

**Routine labs include CMP (electrolytes, blood sugar, kidney and liver function), CBC with manual differential (screen for anemia), Lipid/Cholesterol Profile, TSH (thyroid), Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D all for $50.00 including the lab draw charge. HgbA1C for diabetic patients is an additional $10.00

**Screening labs done once yearly PSA (prostate cancer screen for men) as indicated and HgbA1C (evaluating glycemic/sugar control for nondiabetics is $10.00 per test)

***Lesions and moles removed will be sent to pathology which will be an additional fee.
